when we got back home last week, several signs of spring greeted us:
this one's in our front yard. and, those weeds are no longer there. we pulled them just for you, gram. :)
the only time of year when there's enough rain to see green grass and a bit of standing water.

You didn't leave the weeds for me? I do have plenty of my own growing here that are going to need some attention soon....sigh.
