the baby elephant stole the show!  too bad thing 2 slept during this part, but we're glad she got a nap.  she fell asleep clapping, and woke up right back at it.  :) 

didn't get a good (read: non-blurry) picture of the clapping, but it was certainly enthusiastic and SO cute!

all the way home, she denied ever falling asleep.

a huge thanks to e & b for taking us!  gotta love a free circus with a free lunch and goodies!

we had a fun dinner together that evening too, but you already know that we didn't remember to take any pictures....
